Manish Malhotra saree from Lakme Fashion week 2009

I love this saree – it is not one of those heavy, ornate sarees that Manish does so well, but it has unexpected boldness.
The border is eye catching but not distracting; the blouse is well constructed with interesting twists of fabric colors and texture. The long sleeve blouse adds to the distinctiveness and shows that it is an out of ordinary saree.
